This is a 2014 fleetwood, it’s in great condition, my family and I have lived in the house for a little over 2 years. There is some minor carpet damage entering the master bedroom.

Oaks mobile park is a wonderful park! There is a tree in between each lot, so there is always some shade. The park pays water, trash, and they mow the lawn.
