1984 Doublewide Mobile Home needs work, but could be turned into profit since is virtually free. Just have to move it off private land.  Available time frame: very soon.  If no one takes it, will be demolished, buried. Hate to see that happen tho as it is a big roomy doublewide, fully working woodburning fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, closets in every bedroom, small broom closet/pantry kitchen area, utility room.  Subfloors in livingroom, kitchen, dining room, utility room were all replaced with 3/4″ subflooring.  Floors in bedrooms and bathrooms are soft, some really bad and have to walk where you can tell the beams are on a couple.  Furnace is original and works fine.  No idea about wheels and axles underneath, thinking taker will have to bring their own or rent same to move it out.  Take the cement blocks around the foundation or leave them, doesn’t matter.  Electrical needs work.  Vinyl siding, shingle roof.  Roof has not leaked except where the flashing was peeled away after a tornado went by and water damaged the front door area.  That roof area has since been fixed, but all framework around front door will need repair/replacement.  Inside needs repair to areas of drywall, painting.  It’s not pretty but it’s yours for $1, and where floors have been replaced, it’s very solid.  Great project to profit from if you do a lot of your own work, or could be your own place on your own land somewhere.
